User Group Education is key to successful law office growth

Owings Mills, MD – Needles will conduct an educational seminar for current and prospective users of its Needles Case Management Software. Entitled “Knowledge is Power,” the two day event will feature presentations from Certified Needles Trainers as well as various system users including attorneys, system managers and paralegals.

The yearly forum provides clients with an opportunity to interact, face-to-face, with both other users and company staff members. Administrative Director Michael Snyder feels such meetings “are important because they allow clients to see alternate ways to use Needles and learn tips that can be implemented when they return home.”

Law offices who have successfully optimized case management software find themselves better able to achieve growth. “I would have never considered expanding our practice into another state or opening additional offices without Needles,” said John Sakson, Co-Managing Shareholder of Stark and Stark.

The seminar will take place October 26-27, 2006, at the Mirage Hotel in Las Vegas, NV. Contact Mary Ellen Bellusci at 410/363-1976 for reservations.

Founded in 1984, as Chesapeake Interlink, Ltd., Needles Inc. became the first American company to develop a legal Case Management Software program. The firms core business is legal software, and there are over 1,700 installations, including conversions from other programs. Website at http://www.needles.com.
