NEEDLES CASE MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE STATE OF THE ART TRAINING FACILITY

Needles, the customizable case management software for the legal profession, has expanded their investment in law office software education by launching an onsite, full service training facility. In 2009 the company expanded their headquarters in order to meet the needs of their growing business with plans to develop a state of the art training and educational facility to better serve their clients.

By providing a dedicated training environment, Needles can better provide both educational seminars and training to clients. The new facility can accommodate training sessions of up to 25 people in a quiet setting and allows for product and client demonstrations.

The Needles training room features wireless Internet access, a large screen for program demonstrations, individual work station computers, a refreshment area for breaks, and access to in-house staff members for questions and interaction.

"We developed a dedicated training facility in order to better serve our clients and to help them optimize their use of Needles so that they can better grow their law office practice. This allows us to be poised for significant growth both for Needles and the attorneys who employ case management software. By having the facility onsite, our law firm clients will have even more opportunity than before to interact with our staff and continue to develop the unique customer evangelist relationships Needles has with our clients," said Bryan Billig, President of Needles Case Management Software.

About Needles: Founded in 1985, Needles became the first American company to develop a legal Case Management Software program. The firm's core business is legal software, and there are over 1,800 law firm installations, including conversions from other programs. Website at http://www.needles.com.
